Last weekend, I found this recipe, and boy were those photos seducing. I pretty much dreamed about this cheesecake for days, and finally, my sweet tooth got the better of me.
Out came by springform pan and my ruffly apron, and into the oven this delicious cake went.
Some strawberries were a crucial addition.
Fresh fruit makes every cheesecake better. Weird gelatin strawberry sauce, though? That I’m not on board with.
This recipe was super easy for a cheesecake and MUCH healthier. My only complaint was that the cake wasn’t tall enough. Next time, I’ll double the yogurt filling so the cake is taller.
My sweet tooth made me do it.
